Designed and launched marketing campaigns featuring NBA all-star Lebron James . Forged corporate partnerships with urban school districts to offer inner-city students opportunities to attend Cleveland Cavaliers' basketball games at no cost. Introduced campaigns that were credited with increasing African-American attendance 20% at Cleveland Cavaliers' basketball games.
AMG provided strategic consultation, research, implementation and execution of the first Amistad Tall Ship Great Lakes Tour. Created comprehensive local, regional, and national marketing campaigns for public relations and, secured corporate sponsorship on behalf of the Great Lakes Tour. Developed a promotional strategy for post event marketing of the home video and documentary for national broadcast.
The Freedom Schooner Amistad transformed a ship of enslavement to a symbol of hope and monument to the pursuit of universal human freedom. Today, the replica sails the world as a continuation of that symbol and as a floating classroom, reaching thousands of people every year.
Roadway Express Negro League Baseball Mobile Museum
Collaborations with multiple partners created a custom-designed, mobile marketing program for Roadway Express and Major League Baseball teams to deliver an impactful business-to-business and multi-cultural marketing initiative. Roadway introduced the first-ever mobile museum dedicated to Negro Leagues Baseball. A 53-foot trailer was transformed into "Times of Greatness," an educational exhibit featuring historic photos, video, uniforms and other memorabilia illustrating the rich history of Negro League Baseball. Roadway transported the exhibit to more than 30 cities. As a result of the Roadway tour, thousands of visitors experienced "Times of Greatness," and millions were exposed to the inspirational story through television, radio and print coverage.
